What the Rolex Malaysian privacy policy covers

This policy explains what information is handled when you visit rolexmalaysian.com or email us. It is written to meet Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It also follows the principles of the EU and UK GDPR for readers outside Malaysia.

The site is a collection of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment forms, no newsletter sign-up and no checkout. As a result, there is very little to collect, and we have chosen not to collect even that.

No cookies, analytics or advertising

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks, social media pixels or fingerprinting scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third-party font or image service sees your visit either. The only script on the site is a few lines that animate sections as you scroll. It stores nothing, and the site works the same without it.

Server logs kept by our host

Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs exist for security and to keep the service running. We do not combine them with other data, use them to profile visitors or share them with anyone else. Typically, the host deletes them within 30 days.

When you email us

If you write to us through the address on our contact page, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and, where relevant, to correct a page. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it. Your details are never added to a mailing list or passed to dealers.

Links to other websites

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice, the only data we could hold is an email you sent us. Write to us and we will respond within 21 days, as the PDPA requires. If this policy changes, we will update the date below.
